“From our point of view, when a customer places an order, it drops directly into the system, there’s no paperwork involved and it’s very fast and efficient. Our sales representatives like it because it updates customers’ records immediately.”
Stuart and his staff also appreciate the quick and efficient way Multisys deals with any problems that might arise. “We have an in-house IT specialist, but if there’s something that requires extra help, we know we can call the Multisys team and we will get an instant or extremely quick response,” he said.
“The main advantage for me personally is that I can speak directly to the managing director about a particular difficulty we might have, and we can solve the situation swiftly at the highest level.
“For example, recently Jim and I were both away on holiday when an IT problem cropped up. I rang him on his mobile, discussed the situation and everything was resolved within a quarter of an hour. I really can’t speak too highly of the service we receive from Multisys.”
